IP River Pricing Portal

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Portal will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid (if any) for use of the Portal in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
